These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 79db ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any person who accesses, registers on, or uses the 79db website and its associated services ("you", "the Member", "the User"). These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the 79db platform, including casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, fish games, and any promotional or bonus activity.

By accessing or using any part of the 79db platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. 79db reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on the 79db platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. 79db reserves the right to request verification of any eligibility condition at any point during your membership.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a company, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of 79db, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must register using accurate, current and complete personal information including your correct mobile number and date of birth.

If at any point 79db determines that a member no longer satisfies these eligibility requirements, 79db reserves the right to suspend or close the account and void any pending wagers or bonus balances associated with that account.

Each member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the 79db platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where 79db identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all accounts will be subject to closure and any balances or bonus winnings across those accounts may be forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. Do not share your credentials with any other person.
• Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify 79db immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 79db may at any time request that you provide identity verification documents (KYC) including proof of identity and proof of payment method. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number, accurate and up to date at all times. 79db is not liable for communications sent to an outdated mobile number or email address on file.

79db reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee that every requested service will be available in your region or accessible from your device.

All financial transactions on the 79db platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 79db supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players:

• bKash — Mobile financial service. Minimum deposit ৳100. Transactions are processed in real time during normal operating hours.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office-backed mobile banking. Same minimum deposit and processing times as bKash.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — Accepted for deposits and withdrawals. Processing times may vary.
• Bank transfers via major Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 79db will reject deposits originating from third-party payment sources. Withdrawal proceeds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 79db reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

79db offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and seasonal offers to eligible members. All bonus and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion per member, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• 79db reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, free spin award or promotional credit from a member's account if it is determined that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or via fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Withdrawal of real-money balance before wagering requirements are met may result in forfeiture of the bonus and bonus-derived winnings.
• 79db may modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is terminated early, 79db will endeavour to honour bonus claims already submitted prior to the termination date.

Employees of 79db, their immediate family members, and any third parties directly involved in the operation or promotion of the 79db platform are not eligible to claim any bonus or participate in any promotion.

All bets and game plays on the 79db platform are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed. 79db uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino and virtual games. Live dealer games are conducted by third-party provider studios and are subject to those providers' published game rules in addition to these Terms.

• In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption or system error during active gameplay, 79db reserves the right to void the relevant game round and return all staked funds to the affected players.
• For sports betting markets, 79db follows standard industry settlement rules. In the event of a match abandonment or rescheduling, 79db's sports betting rules — published separately — will govern the settlement of affected wagers.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game type and per event. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may be updated periodically without notice.
• 79db reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse any bet from any member at any time and without explanation. This includes but is not limited to situations where irregular betting patterns are detected.

Any attempt to exploit errors, glitches or miscalculations in any game or betting market (commonly referred to as "arbing" or "bonus abuse") will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any related winnings.

79db is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered members and can be activated directly from your account settings without contacting customer support:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session reminders — Set time-based alerts to remind you how long your current session has been active. These reminders appear at your chosen intervals during active play.
• Self-exclusion — Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 79db platform. Temporary self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account and prevents re-registration.
• Loss limits — Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week or month. Once the threshold is reached, no further bets can be placed until the limit period resets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 79db platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform, including accounts opened under another person's identity.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds obtained through illegal means to deposit into your 79db account.
• Collusion with other players, or communicating game information to third parties during active play, in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, miscalculated odds, or technical glitches in any game or market, whether or not the error has been reported to 79db.

79db's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 79db may take whatever steps it considers appropriate, including closure of the account, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement authorities.

79db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including any prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a verification request from 79db.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormant account handling procedures.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance associated with the account — including bonus balances and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at 79db's discretion. Where an account is closed at the member's own request without any breach, the remaining balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method.

All content on the 79db platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software code and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 79db or its licensed content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the 79db platform without prior written consent from 79db.

The 79db name, logo and associated brand identifiers are trademarks of 79db. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media profiles or printed materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 79db's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 79db shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether arising directly or indirectly from use of the platform.
• Platform unavailability, maintenance downtime, game interruption or payment processing delays caused by circumstances beyond 79db's reasonable control, including network failures, payment provider outages or force majeure events.
• Any financial losses resulting from a member's decision to place bets or engage in gaming activity on the platform, including losses arising from problem gambling behaviour.

79db collects, stores and processes personal data provided by members in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform use. All personal data is handled in accordance with 79db's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

79db uses SSL encryption across all platform pages to protect data in transit. 79db does not sell, rent or share personal member data with third-party advertisers. Member data may be shared with third-party payment processors and KYC verification partners solely to the extent necessary for those services to function. 79db reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 79db will endeavour to notify registered members via the email address or mobile number on record. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page.

Your continued use of the 79db platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure via the support email.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 79db operates as an online gaming platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is the responsibility of each member to ensure that their use of the 79db platform complies with all laws applicable to them.
